Website Maintenance

We implement content management tools (CMS Systems) for all new clients when requested. However not all organizations want/require CMS facilities and need to employ our services for routine content updates.

Maintenance services usually come under two categories:

Self managed sites

Self managed sites allow our clients to maintain the web site in-house.  This option requires a member of their staff attend a short training session that covers all necessary functions of the CMS.  Our clients are able to instantly make changes to the web site as often as needed at no cost.  Should you in counter any issue DMGDH is usually available 7 days a week for assistance at a small hourly service fee.

Managed sites

Managed sites are maintained by DMGDH.  Clients choose to purchase this service on a monthly or hourly based fee.  This is the option most of our clients choose.  As updates are needed we are emailed with changes in simple Word document format.  The updates are made in less that 48 hours.

Both of these options include daily backups and CMS upgrades as they become available.

If you are looking to change your web maintenance services supplier, we do not need to redesign the site for us to take over the maintenance on your site, unless we mutually agree that it is necessary.

Turnaround time

We have managed sites developed by other companies simply because the original company has not been able to provide a reliable service when it comes to quality of work and speed.

• Within an hour of delivery of material (if planned or a necessary, immediate change)
• Within 24 to 48 hours (typical)
• 3 to 5 days (if project deemed less urgent and as agreed with client
